Sabharwal added that this provided for liberalised provisions for businessman.
"It is our hope that this agreement will be signed by the end of the month when the countries interior/home secretaries meet."
The High Commissioner said that India had simplified its own regulations also and these could be found on the High Commissions website in the next few days.
"We are issuing visas much faster to the business community over the last few months."
